1. Introduction

Welcome to Pamukkale VIP Transfers. By booking our services, you agree to the terms listed below. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from our team.

3. Payment

We accept cash payments on arrival (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY) and online credit card payments via our secure provider. Prices include taxes and tolls unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. We maintain comprehensive insurance for all our vehicles and passengers.

6. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in our vehicles.
